Break Out Session: #13 The relationship between time and learning is the key to success for ALL students. The unacknowledged design flaw of education is the time bound classroom and school organization. Under the present structure, there is not enough quality teaching and learning time available.

Jim will discuss the ineffectiveness of the "fixed-point curriculum in a fixed amount of time" concept of the lock-step school system and why it places many students at risk for school success.
