Jay Buros, M.A.C.P.

I Think You’re Wonderful

Jay Buros has earned a national reputation as a dynamic and top-rated presenter of seminars and workshops targeted at the needs of kindergarten children. As a successful 20 year veteran of the kindergarten classroom, Jay is highly qualified to illustrate real life situations and options available to

you as a child-centered practitioner.

She is presently a full-time educational consultant, specializing in whole language, the writing process,

the math process and play. She has written Why Whole Language?, Modern Learning Press, N.J.

Jay comes from New Mexico and lives in an adobe house.

 

Steven Kroll

New Yorker Steven Kroll has written more than 70 books for children. His stories are often humorous, with lively and likable characters. Some of the books he has written, that you may be familiar with, are The Candy Witch, Loose Tooth, The Biggest Pumpkin Ever, It’s Ground Hog Day!, Mary McLean and the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and Squirrel’s Thanksgiving. In his recent work, he has begun to focus on American historical themes.
