David Cooper

David Cooper lives and works in Livermore, California, where he is the principal of Jackson Avenue Elementary School. His wife Sheila is the principal of Livermore High School. His professional career has included teaching in grades K-9 and community college. He and long time colleague Lynn Taylor are co-authors of The Pocket Book: Integrating the Primary Curriculum Through Themes. They work with teachers, leading workshops and seminars nationally. In addition to his professional interests, David is active in the theatre arts appearing in local productions.

Lynn Taylor

Lynn Taylor is enjoying her 25^th year in the primary classroom at Sawmill School in Tewksbury Township, N.J. Recently named county Teacher of the Year, Lynn has worked actively with teachers across the country for 17 years in all areas of whole learning. She and her California partner, David Cooper, are co-authors of The Pocket Book, a nationally-known resource for teachers.
